Self-Care for Stress Management

Practicing self-care shouldn’t be another stressful addition to your to-do list. In this 90-minute workshop, Les will walk you through stress management techniques to reduce overwhelm, and create more space for calm. 

You’ll learn tactical ways to practice self-care for stress management and you’ll walk away with the tools you need to create a personalized, effective self-care plan that works for you.

What we’ll cover:

  • Creating a self-care baseline
  • Self-care practices that create more time
  • Putting it all together to create a personalized self-care plan
